This section was created so coaches (or dads) could have a visual resource to learn drills that teach a specific skill-set. It’s difficult to learn a drill and feel comfortable implementing it by looking at a piece of paper with several, lines, numbers, and arrows. It's much easier to watch a drill and hear how it should be executed. My goal for this section is to provide coaches with more “tools” for their “tool-bag” and as a result help kids to be better lacrosse players.

Patton Drill
Setup- two teams lined up just outside the Midfiield line. (3 line each team).
1. The drill starts with players battling for a 2 v 2 for a Ground Ball.
2. Whichever team wins the GB has another player release from the 'additional line' to make it a 3 v 2.
3. The player that wins the GB MUST make a pass to the additional player (trailer).
Coaching Cues:
* Make it a competition
* Pick up the ball & move it quickly
* Move the ball up-field / be a threat / draw & dump
* If you get within scoring range SHOOT!
