TC Lacrosse will be directing Minnesota's FIRST USBOXLA Sanctioned League for HS aged players. Players will have one 90min training session and one 60min game per week. Players will register individually at TC website and be placed on teams(players in similar programs & proximity grouped together).
TC Lacrosse will assign each team a former NLL professional player as their head coach. This will be your chance to learn box lacrosse by those that actually played the sport in Canada or at the professional level.
**Players will be playing REAL BOX LACROSSE. Bicep pads & kidney pads are STRONGLY ENCOURGED>
TC Staff will teach players the intricacies and skill sets of 'traditional" box lacrosse. TC Directors will put players through a series of dynamic box lacrosse drills that will promote a tremendous amount of growth in a players stick skills, shooting, and dodging. Players will receive "Real Box Lacrosse" teaching by those that grew up in Canada or played professionally in the NLL.
